Seamless implants provide fast recovery and less pain but require higher cost and special planning.
In some cases, bone thickness and length are evaluated with tomography and analyses are performed according to the adjacencies in the missing tooth area.
As a result of these evaluations, an operation guide is prepared and the implant can be placed directly in the missing tooth area without any sutures.
The feasibility of the implant and, if feasible, into which position and at what angle it can be placed can be easily planned after 3D Imaging (Computed Tomography). With this imaging, the physician determines what diameter and length of implant can be made.
According to these determined dimensions, the physician analyzes all data in the preparation program for the guide (Surgical Guide) for closed surgery. According to the results of this analysis, the planning of where, at what angle, what diameter and what length the implant will be placed is finalized.
According to this final plan, digital data obtained is passed to the stage of touch-free surgical guide production with CadCam systems. With the metal 'sleeve' (ring) placed inside the produced guide, the possibility of the implant shifting to another position is made very low.
Not every implant brand has the necessary burs and 'sleeves' to create and use a surgical guide. Therefore, unfortunately, it is not possible to perform seamless implants with every implant brand.
Experience a comfortable treatment process with seamless implant technology, and continue your life right where you left off on the same day.
