What is All-on-4?

The All-on-4 implant method is a surgical procedure for completely edentulous (toothless) individuals where two implants are placed at 30-45 degree angles in the posterior regions and two straight implants are placed in the anterior region. This technique makes it possible to achieve the comfort of fixed teeth even in cases where the amount of bone is limited.

The "All-on-4" implant technique is a fast and reliable restoration solution developed for patients with bone loss in the posterior regions in cases of complete edentulism.

The All-on-4 technique is a lifesaver, especially in cases where implants cannot be placed due to the proximity of the nerve in the lower jaw posterior region or sinus sagging in the upper jaw. Thanks to the angled implants:

• No need for advanced surgical interventions (sinus lifting, bone grafting, etc.).
• When sufficient primary stability (torque) is achieved, temporary fixed teeth can be fitted on the same day or within 24-96 hours.
• At the end of 3.5 months, a transition is made to completely permanent, aesthetic, and functional prostheses.

If the necessary digital impressions were taken before the treatment, you can leave our clinic with your temporary prostheses fitted even immediately after the surgical procedure.
