All on four. The implant approach involves performing implant surgery on patients who are entirely denture-free, placing two 30-45 degree angled implants in the rear region and two flat implants in the anterior region. Temporary teeth can be created the same day as the surgery, or at the latest three to four days later, if the surgical treatment yields a significant compression value. Temporary teeth will likely be placed within 24 hours of surgery if guided surgery is carried out and appropriate compression values are attained.
If the maxillary sinuses in the upper jaw impede implantation in these places, the nerve running through the lower jaw that allows us to feel the lips and some of the gums is close to the surface, and the bone loss in the lower jaw's posterior tooth region is above a particular level. The placement of teeth may take 11 to 12 months with some complex surgical treatments (sinus lifting, lateral augmentation, crest expansion, etc.). Angled implants are used in the All on Four procedure to get around these restrictions. If enough compression values are collected from the bone when using these implants, temporary teeth can be created swiftly (within 1-4 days). The development of permanent teeth takes 3.5 months.
In some circumstances, temporary teeth can be prepared prior to surgery if measurements can be taken before the procedure. Even temporary prosthesis in this situation can be fitted right away after surgery.
For the first four days following the procedure, hot beverages and meals should be avoided.
Hard foods shouldn't be eaten once temporary teeth have formed because permanent teeth will eventually replace them.
Feeding gently should minimize implant stress. Nutrition will return to normal once permanent teeth are created.
We offer advanced periodontal treatments and dental implant solutions using state-of-the-art technology and proven techniques.
Making adequate teeth for chewing with few implants is the main benefit of the all-on-four therapy.
The absence of further surgical intervention is the second benefit. (Bone graft vs app; membrane vs pin)
In between one and four days, fixed temporary teeth can be created if sufficient compression values are attained.
The duration of the surgery is reduced.
All on Four. Even if there are bone loss, the implant procedure can be used on patients who have bone over a particular thickness in the anterior region. The diameter and length of the implants utilized must meet specific biomechanical requirements because 10–13 teeth are created on 4 implants using this technique.
